A lack of training often leads to poor habits for both the pet parents and the dog. There is no time like the preset to set you both up on the path for success! 

For the first few months after training, it is vital that your dog wears the collar while attended so that you have the resources to correct unwanted behaviors. The collar should not be worn for more than 12-15 hours per day – it can be taken off when your pup is sleeping or crated. For more specific questions, please reach out to your trainer.

Throughout the duration of training your trainer will be sending you daily updates with photos or videos for you to see and hear all about their progress. If you have specific questions or concerns you’ll be able to reach your trainer at any point via call, text, or email.

Certainly not! Dogs enjoy their time here immensely, however there is no substitute for home. The bond between a dog and its family is unforgettable. While our trainees enjoy their time with us, and look forward to returning for alumni boarding, it is impossible to replace their own family connections.

Your pup will spend their time living and learning as a typical family dog in our trainers homes. They will play in our fully fenced yards, and go on field trips where they will be safely exposed to a variety of different environments.

Dogs are thinking, independent creatures, not robots. Even ones who have trained for
years to serve in the toughest of jobs have made atypical, in-the-moment choices which
baffle their handlers, so it would be unethical of us to absolutely guarantee that your
own dog will never again display a certain behavior, or be fully, 100% obedient every
moment of every day. That said, what we DO offer is a Lifetime Support guarantee. If
ever your pup forgets part of their training, or begins displaying new, unwanted
behaviors we will be there to help you train through it, completely free of charge. As
long as your dog is part of your pack, we are there to ensure you are both happy and
successful!

Nope! Training can shape behavior, but it can not alter personality. For instance, if your beloved canine companion is known for its playful and unconventional nature, it will remain an obedient, yet playful and unconventional dog even after training. In the case of an insecure or fearful dog, while some of their nervous tendencies may persist post-training, they will gain a boost in confidence and develop enhanced coping mechanisms. Above all, through training you will acquire the skills to guide and lead your dog, ensuring their sense of safety and security.
